The most effective way to do healing and loving prayers in a group

Yesterday my Angels shared with us their preferred method for an individual healing a person. Today my Angels are sharing their preferred methd for a group to heal a person. "Dear Ones, for a small group of 4-12 persons:

Put a chair in the center and form a circles around it.

Put the receiver person of the healing in the center chair. All others sit in the circle chairs. Face the person in the center.

Sing an uplifting song together or do a reading together to get everyone synchronized together.

Have one person, usually the time keeper, read an inspirational writing to all present. Those who are present are to stay in the moment and try to understand the writing being spoken.

Have a person lead in some breathing to further synchronize everyone together. 5 seconds in, Hold 5 seconds, 5 seconds out. Do this 2 to 4 times.

Play peaceful music quietly so all are tied into the music. The music can mask some outside interfering noise.

Ask the person in the center who the healing is for. Everyone hold hands gently/lightly. All together say, "Our Intention is for (the name of the receiver of the healing energy) to be healed to Perfect Health". After sayiing this the first time, let go of each others hands and make your hands face the person in the center. Everyone in the circle repeats the prayer intention in there head just like it was said out loud. Keep saying this until the timekeeper's alarm or chime goes off.

The Timekeeper starts the timer when the first prayer intention is spoken aloud.

Another key thing to do is to picture in your mind, the person your are praying for to be perfectly healthy - what you envision their perfect health being. You may also envision the energy being used by Angels and Healers to heal the person in the center and all those participating.

An Author named Lynne McTaggart has been developing this method for many years. Her method says to do it for 10 minutes for each person in the center. My Angels said we can do it for as little as 2 or 3 minutes for each person and will get wonderous results. My Angels told me that this method is the most powerful healing method.
