The most effective way to do healing and loving prayers as an individual

This morning, my routine was changed by wanting to watch my granddaughter playing volleyball on gamechanger on TV before my usual morning rituals were done. When I attempted to go into prayer after the game, to channel healing energy into a group of people, my Angels told me to stop and go down deeper in medtation because I was starting in my lower self. Praying from the higher self is the most effective way, more powerful. The following is from my Angels to you and me to get into our higher self and to pray.

Dear ones, as Carl said above, to receive the most energy required for optmum love and healing from us, calm your mind wth simple breathing in for 5 seconds (as an example), holding for 5 seconds and breathing out slowly. Tell yourself through your 3rd eye to relax, go into a peaceful quiet place down to the best communication level. Say in your mind, "Dear Angels and Healers, Thank you for sending Healing and Loving energy through me to all those in need on the Earth and throughout the Universe." Visualize the energy from Us leaving Us and going to and through you and out to those in need everywhere. Hold this visual for a long as you easily can. Twenty seconds is very effective. Lesser time is still very effective. You may see the energy as light energy, water energy or something else. Colors are fine too. Typically dark green is for very deep healing required with lighter green colors showing you feedback that lesser healing is necessary. Other colors for various parts of Love energy and Not Love energy. No color is fine too.

You may wish to pray for individuals too. This is primarily because you don't trust that the previous prayer works well enough for the people you wish to be healed. It is helpful for you persnally to do this, so go ahead and do it. "Dear Angels and Healers, Thank you for sending Healing and Loving energy through me to (list the name of each person here that you wish to be healed and filled with Love energy) to Perfect Health. "Perfect Health" as we use it here means optimizing the systems you currently have to their best function for your Soul needs.
