Energy Controllers - Part 1

Carl's Angels: Dear One, people on Earth are able to control energy. As beings that are made of energy, you can do things wth energy. The Soul part of you is energy. The mortal part of you is energy also, that is very dense compared to your Soul energy. There are several ways that you work with energy.

You can percieve some of the different states that your own energy is in. When you move your energy level into your "higher conscousness" or your "higher frequency level", you are able to communicate with us much easier. You can understand more and at a bigger picture view than when your energy level is in your lower self, your low frequency self.

When healing others, your are more affective when doing it while in your higher self than in your lower self.

You can move your energy level up by using gratitude thoughts and prayers. You move your energy level down by thinking of lower level mortal body thoughts. Just by your thoughts, you can move your conscousness up or down and realize that you did it.
